We have commission structures up to 80% of gross commissions going to the agents. Which is some of the highest splits on a team-based model ANYWHERE.
On Company Generated transactions the agent can receive up to 50% of gross commission. Agents do not have to work any company generated leads unless they want to.
You can receive up to 5% of company side (Not coming out of agents cut) revenue. Breakdown here. There is NO team anywhere that is sharing that much revenue back to the agent as residual income!
